Kathy's Heartbeat... How you can help!
Kathy has been involved in Women's ministry for over 35 years. As a single mom for most of her adult life and also caring for and having her Widowed mother live with her for 8 years prior to her death, Kathy has experienced first hand the challenges that come for both Single Mom's and Widows. The majority of her ministry in Discipleship groups, Bible studies, retreats and conferences has been ministering to women in these two groups. A few years ago during some research Kathy discovered that Central Florida, specifically Osceola County has the highest percentage of Single parent households, not just in Florida but in the entire United States! This is staggering and the impact on our Central Florida communities and our moms and children is devastating! As a result, Kathy joined Yielded Evangelical Servants as a Local Missionary. This Allows her to focus her spiritual walk alongside these Women. Kathy is committed to providing all of her services to them free of cost. Including necessary materials, including study books, group classes, one on one mentoring, prayer counseling, and many other physical, emotional, financial, mental and spiritual coaching to help them grow. Kathy believes first and formost in a hand up not a handout. However, when there is a tool necessary, (teaching them to fish so they can eat for life rather than giving them a fish to eat today) and gifting them a fishing pole as she teaches then to fish. Kathy needs your help to continue ministering to these women in this manner and providing them with the services and supplies they need.

Kathy has a special heart to help the women who are struggling wiht "church hurt" the Single Moms and Widows. Assisting these groups of women with bibles, study guides, class materials, life coaching, mentoring, and even the occasional emergency! All financial donations are tax deductible under this 501c3 organization. Kathy is also the co-founder of Living Again, Inc. a Florida Not for Profit 501c3 corporation that was established in 2020 to help meet the needs of Widows and Single Moms.
